An excellent example of an an exploration of form that continues to this day. The carbon-trap glaze that he developed, is perfectly suited to and accentuates the form and simple line drawing fabulously.

I have enjoyed and lived with it for 40 years. I think that it is one of the most elegant and best from this early series.

Time to let it go to a good collection.
